What is Real Time?

Real Time allows agents to get current information from the carrier into the management system-- right now. With the advent of the internet, this information was more readily available than in the past. However, navigating each carrier's website is cumbersome and time consuming. Real Time takes the availability of this data to the next step, and allows you to import this data directly into the management system with the click of a button.
