Accounting
  • Updated  Change receipt output to reflect the customer's office when taking a payment payable to the agency such as a broker fee.

  • Added Acord 51 New Jersey Permanent ID Card
  • Updated  Added new/updated forms for April 2009.
  • Updated  Acord Form 401XX73 had the mailing address misaligned. It was showing up half in and half out of the space for the address. Fields have been adjusted to fit into the box better.

Activity Report
  • Updated  Added a new summary type of Endorsements Only when summarizing by Log on Activity Reports.
Attach Links
  • Updated  Updated both Attachment Links Patch and Attachment Report to iterate through Archived client files as well.
Auto Policy
  • Updated  - Add setting in General Configuration: "Always use ACORD State Specific ID-Card if available." - This setting should store out to the the WAN Network.ini file. Use the GetSetting() function in GetPaths.cpp/h. - Currently when printing the ID-Card, there is an automatic test to see if there is a State Specific ID-Card and if so it uses it. That logic needs to change to honor the General Configuration Setting.
  • Updated  Add line to HawkSoft ID-Card: "Coverage provided by this policy meets the minimum liability limits prescribed by law."
  • Updated  Added NY Specific ID-Cards.
  • Updated  Updated NY ID-Card to use Universal Credentials, show key in setup, added ability to point to the NY ID-Card software, and added company selection on print.
Backup / Restore
  • Updated  Added new restore functionality to allow restoring of a complete backup without having to use the file selection interface.
CMS
  • Added a New Features dialog that is displayed for each user.
  • New Support Menu with Online Support and Forums.
  • Mailing and Physical Addresses now have a pop up if clicked on the header. This also allows advanced copy/paste functionality..
  • Updated  Optimized Utilities| Find functionality.

Policy/Company Setup
  • Updated  Added Copy To to Policy/Company setup to allow for copying a company from one section to another.
Report Generator
  • Updated  Added new output fields for Insured's Names, 1st Insured, 2nd Insured, Personal Screen Relationship, Claims fields, and XDate fields.
  • Updated  Changed New Report Menu to allow user to select Memorized Reports and Previously Saved Reports. Moved Birthday Report (now called Personal Screen Report), Claims Report and XDate Report in to the main Report Generator Engine. This allows for more advanced reports having access to client and policy filters in addition to the xdate, claims and personal screen filters. Also changed look of drop down list for filters.
  • Updated  Reports are no longer sorted by default in order to speed up long reports.
Scanning
  • HawkSoft now scans to PDF by default. This can be changed back by going to Setup | General Configuration. Also added support to scan using WIA driver.
Setup
  • Added PDF Security Password to allow for modifying/combining of PDFs.
  • Updated  On General Configuration, sub categories now gray out instead of disappear.
  • Updated  Added Agent 2 and Agent 3 of record on General Configuration | Insert Policy and Change form Default Suspenses.
Start Page
  • Added Outlook Calendar integration to Start Page.
  • Updated  Updates Window Title with Document Title so that if you link from the Start Page to another website, the document tab at the top shows the document title instead of Start Page.
  • Updated  Added a toolbar on the Start Page to allow for forward and backward nagivation when accessing web pages.
  • Updated  Add Contact HawkSoft under the Help section on the Start Page.
