Certificates
  • On the certificate of liability insurance, the number of days and cross-out wording has been moved from the certificate to the individual certification holders. In addition, added contact information such as phone, fax and email address to the certificate holders. Enhanced printing capabilities including ability to attach an attachment when printing. Added ability to print all certificate holders on a policy at the same time regardless of the certificate that they are on.

Client Summary

  • Updated  Signatures: Added the following sentence to the signature page that is printed for users to sign as part of the user signature import wizard: "The scanned signature image must be saved as an image file, .tif, .jpg, .bmp or .gif, to be imported in to the Signature Wizard."
  • Updated  Removed General Configuration setting "Show Open Transactions from File | Suspense". Open transactions will now always show on the File | Suspense report.
