Customer Service Representative
Description:
HawkSoft, Inc. is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join the team.  Successful candidates will be trained to provide a variety of customer services to users of the HawkSoft Client Management System software.  Responsibilities will include responding to support calls or e-mails from users of the CMS program. Such assistance will be for various user needs that might include:
  • Training  users on the use of the CMS program and its features

  • Technical support of the CMS program and related third party software

  • Technical support of the installation and configuration of the CMS program on networked computers.

Skills Needed:
Excellent candidates for the Customer Service Representative position will pride themselves on their professionalism, should be outgoing, personable, and have the following skills and related work experience:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Skills
  • Computer skills
  • Insurance Industry Experience
  • Call Center experience is a plus
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong phone presence
  • Multi-Tasking skills
  • HawkSoft Client Management System experience is a strong plus

Rate of Pay: Based on experience - Full time position
